Clearer Boolean Search

Please provide the ability to more easily change Boolean ORs to ANDs. The default group has ORs where sometimes logically should be ANDs.

Currently, changing this requires un-clicking keywords adding an AND group and adding new keywords.

This is confusing and takes a lot of effort.
