Predefined search parameters

Using a predefined set of search parameters BEFORE running the IA searches.

This should include: date range, keywords, journals, boolean, etc.

After a search, the user can tailor the search parameters individually for each question.

This will be cheaper for us as users (don't decrease the number of searches), for the company (as it only does a search with selected filters), and for the planet (as we don't consume resources).
