Provide features that make it possible to organize a portfolio of evidence according to the Horizon framework.

- Horizon 1 (i.e., "5 years") Current business practices — "What are (near) market-ready solutions?"

- Horizon 2 (i.e., "10 years") Adjacent — "We know X, what else can we do with it?"

- Horizon 3 (i.e., "15 years") Transformation - "What new thinking/possibilities/needs can we identify?"
